GOT TO BE TOUGH

9.30a.m
Bangun pagi tadi sakit belakang yang amat sangat
Nak baring terlentang sakit, mengiring pun sakit...
Cuba kurangkan minum air sejuk..not good for your urat saraf.
Nak cuba lebihkan kalsium jugak.
Chaiyokk..!



Walking is good for pregnant mothers. Tapi..kalau dah kena menapak sampai dekat 200 meter dan jalan berbukit pulak tu..of course you need to be tough. Baby pun kena kuat yea..:). Satu langkah saya bersamaan 3 langkah orang lain..hmm..sabo je la. 

I'm not worry about myself, i just hope my baby is doing well inside. So far, she is actively moving inside and it is a relief for me..nak tendang kuat ke, pusing-pusing ke..buat la..mummy tak marah..:)

There's another 2 month plus before you come out. Let be tough together okay, ayah jauh.. But, it's okay..we can do it :)
