No pain, no gain

No pain, no gain. If you want to look good, feel the pain..hehe.. 

Bridging


Aches are all of my body after less than 30 minute workout..pftt..:p. And obviously our body need to be train consistently to avoid the pain or they called it as DOMS ( Delayed onset muscle soreness). Doms is actually the pain or muscle stiffness felt after an exercise. It can lasts for 24-72 hours or 1 or 2 days.

Look at that great abs..kau ada..??
Saya takde..or actually belum ada..;p


And remember people..that is why, stretching is important before an exercise. Kalau jarang-jarang exercise pun, rasakanlah doms tu. Satu badan akan sakit-sakit...macam saya, sebab dah lama tak workout..erkk..


But, again..NO PAIN, NO GAIN.
There's price for everything.



I love this girl..even though i do not know what her name is. But, she really inspires me to workout. Look at her great body. Siapa yang tak nak badan macam tu kan. You can wear whatever you want to wear in the world..! Don't have to keep your baju kurung moden in the closet anymore and wear your white shirt again..nice...
